What we collect

When you place an order, we collect your name, email address, shipping address, and phone number (optional). Payment is processed by Stripe — we never see or store your card details.

If you join the waitlist, we collect your email address, requested size, quantity, and invitation status. Our hosting provider also processes the technical request data needed to operate and secure the website.

How we use your data

• Fulfill and ship your order
• Send order confirmation and shipping updates
• Respond to customer support inquiries
• Improve our products and service

We process order data to perform the purchase contract and meet accounting and legal obligations. We process waitlist data to provide the service you requested. Security and limited service-improvement processing is based on our legitimate interests in operating a reliable webshop.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Third-party services

We use the following third-party services:

• Stripe — Payment processing. See Stripe's privacy policy.
• Resend — Transactional emails (order confirmations, shipping updates).
• Vercel — Website hosting.

Cookies

We use essential cookies only: a shopping cart cookie to remember your cart contents and a session cookie for admin authentication. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics cookies.

Data retention

Order and transaction records are retained for the period required by accounting, tax, and consumer law. Waitlist data is deleted or anonymised when it is no longer needed for the requested invitation flow. Support and technical records are kept only as long as reasonably necessary for their purpose. A deletion request does not override records we are legally required to retain.

Your rights (GDPR)

If you are in the EU/EEA, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data. You also have the right to restrict or object to processing. Contact us at hello@lamellalab.dk to exercise any of these rights.
