Products

The main characteristics, dimensions, materials, included components, price, and availability of each lamp are shown on its product page and in the order summary before payment. All lamps are 3D printed. Colours may vary slightly between screens and the final product, and minor production variations may occur without affecting conformity or normal use.

Pricing & Payment

Prices are displayed primarily in DKK, include applicable VAT, and include standard shipping to Denmark, Sweden, and Germany. EUR amounts are reference prices derived from 1 EUR = 7.45 DKK and rounded for display. Payment is processed by Stripe and is charged when you complete payment. Available card and payment methods are displayed in Stripe Checkout. Lamella Lab does not add a payment-method surcharge.

Production & Delivery

We deliver only to Denmark, Sweden, and Germany. Availability is shown before checkout. Finished stock is normally dispatched within 1–3 business days. Made-to-order purchases receive an estimated production window based on the selected size and current queue. Delivery time is added after production and varies by destination. We will contact you if a material delay occurs.

We send a shipping email and tracking information when available. We remain responsible for the goods until you, or a person designated by you other than the carrier, receives them.

Right of Withdrawal

Consumers may withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days after receiving the lamp without giving a reason. Exercise the right before the period expires using our online withdrawal function, the model form on that page, or an unambiguous statement sent to hello@lamellalab.dk. The online function sends an acknowledgement by email.

Return the lamp within 14 days after notifying us to Donfeldt Discoveries ApS, Ben Websters Vej 54, 2450 København SV, Denmark. The customer pays the direct return cost unless the item is faulty or we agreed otherwise. Lamps can normally be returned by standard parcel service.

We may deduct an amount reflecting diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the lamp's nature, characteristics, and functioning. We reimburse payments received, including the cost represented by standard delivery, within 14 days after receiving the withdrawal notice, using the original payment method and without a reimbursement fee. We may withhold the refund until we receive the lamp or evidence that it has been returned, whichever occurs first. Additional costs for a delivery method more expensive than our standard delivery are not reimbursed.

Cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible at hello@lamellalab.dk if you want to cancel before dispatch. This does not limit any mandatory withdrawal or consumer rights described above.

Legal Guarantee

Consumers have the mandatory legal guarantee of conformity for at least two years, together with any longer mandatory complaint or conformity period in their country. If a lamp is faulty or does not match its description, contact us so we can provide the repair, replacement, price reduction, refund, or other remedy required by applicable law, without charge. These rights are distinct from the withdrawal right. They do not cover normal wear, accidental damage, misuse, or unauthorised modification where that caused the problem.

Complaints

First contact hello@lamellalab.dk with your order number and a description of the problem. If we cannot agree, eligible consumers may complain to Mæglingsteamet for Forbrugerklager through the complaint portal of Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg, Denmark, at naevneneshus.dk.

Consumers residing outside Denmark may also seek assistance from the European Consumer Centre in their country. The former EU Online Dispute Resolution platform closed in 2025 and is not used.

Applicable Law

These terms and purchases from Lamella Lab are governed by Danish law. This choice does not deprive consumers of mandatory protections provided by the law of the country where they habitually reside when those protections apply.

Intellectual Property

Lamp designs, 3D models, logos, and website content are the property of Lamella Lab or their respective rights holders. Reproduction or commercial use without permission is prohibited.
